OppSpaces Platform Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OppSpaces platform, including browsing opportunities, publishing listings, applying to opportunities, and conducting video meetings.
1. Account & Dual Persona Usage
OppSpaces supports dual-persona profile management (Talent and Lister profiles). Users are responsible for providing accurate profile information. Operating fake company personas or publishing deceptive listings is strictly prohibited.
2. Listing Publication & Tier Paywall
Listers can publish opportunities using the Normal Tier (Free) or Premium Tier (₹399 + GST). Premium listings receive featured dark card styling and automated 1:5 feed ranking placement for 24 hours. All fees paid for Premium listing placement are final once published.
3. Business Verification
Companies submitting GST and CIN registration numbers undergo automated internal verification to earn a "✓ Verified" badge. Registration numbers are maintained under strict confidentiality and are never rendered to talent users.
4. Applicant Onboarding & Conduct
Listers agree to evaluate candidates fairly and honor meeting commitments. Candidate application statuses (Waiting, Onboarded, Rejected) are shared transparently with talent users to ensure feedback clarity.
5. Limitation of Liability
OppSpaces serves as a discovery and meeting coordination engine. OppSpaces is not a party to employment contracts, freelance agreements, or compensation disputes between Talent and Lister users outside the platform.
